Shipping fees may vary subject to the cost and weight of your order and will be added to your invoice. Shipping fees are always detailed in the order summary.

If you live outside E.U. you may have an extension of 30 days to wait for your shipment due to customs services.
You may be charged customs duties and taxes for something purchased online. Duties and taxes are most typically not included in the price of the goods you purchase online, and might not be included in the overall shipping costs you pay


Returns / refunds

You have 15 from the date you receive your order to request a return and return the product/s to us. 
Please log into your account, click on “Order History” and select the order you wish to return then complete the form at the bottom of the page detailing the reason for the return. 

Items are refunded within a maximum of 10 days from the date the return is received. Refunds are credited to the card or PayPal account used for payment after the state of the item/s and packaging have been checked.

You are liable for the return fees.


Returns and refunds policy

Please keep proof of shipping in case the return is not processed.
Please return products unused and in the original packaging. Damaged, incomplete or dirty products will not be accepted, refunded or exchanged. You can use the same packaging as was used for delivery.
