For deliveries to post offices or Pickup Stations, delivery addresses cannot be changed. For Colissimo deliveries, if your order has not yet been handed over to the carrier, please contact our team as soon as possible to change the delivery address, if possible.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. Don't worry, returns are free in Metropolitan France up to 14 days after receiving your order. You can find all the information on the Delivery & Returns page.

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours and delivered within 2 to 3 business days for France, from 3 days for Europe and from 5 days for the rest of the world for standard delivery.
For express deliveries, you will receive your order in France the next day before 1 p.m. and within 2 to 5 days in the rest of the world.
Orders placed before 12:30 will be processed the same day except on Fridays when they will be processed the following Monday.

As a reminder, delivery is free to Colissimo relay points for France and Belgium.
Any delivery outside the EU may be delayed by up to 30 days due to customs inspection. When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country. Generally, these charges must be paid upon arrival of the shipped goods in the destination country. It is your responsibility to comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. KOST assumes no responsibility for any such additional charges. Eager to receive your order? You can track your package directly from your Customer Account. To do so: log in to your account, then access the tracking by clicking directly on the relevant order.
The tracking number is also sent to you by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can then go directly to the carrier's website to track your order's delivery.
Please note : tracking may not yet be available on the carrier's website when we confirm shipment of your order; a delay of a few hours is usually observed.
Thanks to the tracking service, you can check the delivery status of your order at any time. If your package is marked as "in transit" and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, we advise you to wait a few days. If you have not received your package within the average timeframe indicated in the Delivery Times section and the estimated delivery date on your tracking information has passed, please contact our team using the contact form to inform us of the delay.
Did your package arrive damaged? Is it in such bad shape that you're seriously wondering if it was run over by a steamroller before landing in your mailbox? Contact our team using the contact form to let us know about the problem and don't forget to attach photos!
The items you received don't quite match your expectations? Or are your shoes so small you considered amputating a toe to fit them? Don't panic, put down that butter knife! You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any items that don't suit you. Please note that due to their specific nature, some products cannot be returned; this applies to the following products:
- Vinyls
- Socks
- Cleaning products
Some details regarding the return conditions:
- All items must be returned new and in their original packaging. So, you can try on the shoes at home on your hardwood, tile, or carpet (for those of you who live with Grandma Jacqueline), but they must be returned to us undamaged in their box.
- Since returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us, please ensure your parcel is well packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Register your return request in your customer account, under "My Orders & Returns". Click on the order you wish to return and select the items you want to return. Indicate the reason for the return for each item.
- Once your return request is registered, a prepaid label will be available in your customer account. For returns outside mainland France, your return label will be emailed to you by our customer service department.
- Print the prepaid label and stick it on your return package.
- Drop off your package:
- Either at the post office
- either at a shop or in your mailbox and keep your proof of posting in a safe place (under the mattress with your gold bars is not a bad idea…), stamped and dated until your package is processed by our warehouse.
Please note that beyond the 30-day period from delivery, products will not be accepted for return or refund.
Return shipping is free in France. Please refer to our shipping and returns policy for details specific to each country.
Exchanges are not possible. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will need to return it and place a new order.
The refund will be made according to your choice, either as a credit to your account (gift card) or by bank transfer.
The refund will be issued via bank transfer within a maximum of 10 business days from the date your return is processed by our quality department. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as your original order.
If you paid by:
- CB (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, e-carte bleue): we will credit your bank account.
- PayPal: We will credit your account and you will be notified by PayPal.
- Alma - installment payment: we will credit you through the same provider for your order
