Any delivery outside the E.U. may result in a delay of 30 days following customs control.
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to taxes, customs duties or fees imposed by the country of destination.
Generally, these charges must be paid upon arrival of the goods shipped in the destination country.
It is your responsibility to comply with the laws and rules applicable in the country of destination. For information, for the United Kingdom, customs duties and VAT on imports apply to imported goods whose value exceeds €150. KOST assumes no responsibility for any such additional charges.

Some shoe care products offered on our site are not eligible for international delivery via DHL due to logistical or regulatory restrictions. The affected products are clearly identified on their respective product pages. We reserve the right to refuse any order including these items for international delivery via DHL. In the event of an order containing a non-eligible product, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and may choose another delivery method, a different product, or cancel their order at no additional cost.

RETURN / REFUND

 

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return, and 30 days from your return request to return the product (s) to us.

Return costs are free, except zone 3. For zone 3 ( French Overseas departments and territories, United-Kingdom, Switzerland) the return costs are free if you choose a credit memo and they are at your expense for a refund. The cost of a DHL return label (€20.00) will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Please connect to your account and go to the "My orders and returns" section, then select the order and the items to be returned, and complete the form specifying the reason for the return. You can then edit your return label. For countries outside France, the return label will be sent by our customer service per email.

Please return the items in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

Products worn, damaged, returned incomplete or soiled will not be taken back or refunded.

By their specificity, the laces and socks sold on the Kost site cannot benefit from the acceptance of a return.

You can use the same package that was used for delivery for the return.

Items will be reimbursed within a maximum of 10 working days from receipt of the return, by re-crediting the bank card or Paypal account used during the purchase or in the form of a credit note and this after control the good condition of the article and its packaging.

We recommend that you keep the proof of shipment until the return is processed.

Beyond the period of 30 days from delivery, the products will not be taken back or reimbursed.
