What is vegetable tanned leather?

Well we make it short for you. As its name does not really indicate, vegetable tanning or sometimes called natural tanning is the sustainable process that allows animal hides to be transformed into leather thanks to tannins of organic origin such as bark, leaves, seeds, roots and which are respectful of the environment and our health. If we worship this process, it's because we know that you like firm and solid shoes and even more, if they respect the environment.

Why choose vegetable tanned leather shoes?

Vegetable tanning has the particularity of making each leather unique. The vegetable tannins used bring different nuances, patina and naturally age the leather over time. For the design of our vegetable tanned leather shoes, we did not do things by halves. We have selected leather from European breeding and have used European tanneries certified by the Leather Working Group, a major label in the field. All of our vegetable tanned leather shoes for men are made with care and undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure their durability.
